to The International Vineyard
In 2005 we orignated this site to provide intimate, authentic and personal wine tasting experiences. We are hoping to "demystify" the wine tasting esperience by taking you to properties of high quality, small production, where you will have the opportunity to personally meet and spend time with the owner or the wine master. Unlike wineries in the US, it is not possible to just "drop in" for a wine tasting, and the bigger wineries require advance reservations, usually only for large groups. What we are hoping to create is a "sideways" experience through France, Italy and Spain, usually for a minimum
of two people. You can either do a single trip or a combination of trips in different regions, it is up to you.
We hope that you will join us for one (or more!) of our wonderful experiences.

Visiting wineries in Europe isn't nearly as complicated or
intimidating as the glossy magazines would have you think. All you
really need is a car, a place to stay, and a local guide. The
International Vineyard makes it easy for you to enjoy wine-tasting in
some of the most famous (and the less-traveled) regions of France,
Italy and Spain. We've found dozens of cozy inns and friendly,
English-speaking hosts eager to introduce you to their neighbors,
taste their wines and share their hospitality.
